Runway Growth Finance Corp. (RWAY) has reported the pricing for an underwritten secondary offering of 3.75 million shares of its common stock. The shares, which are being sold by OCM Growth Holdings LLC, are priced at $11.50 each.

In addition, the selling shareholder has provided the underwriters with a 30-day option to purchase up to an extra 562,500 shares from the common stock being offered. The offering's closure and settlement are anticipated around May 14, 2024.

It's important to note that Runway Growth isn't selling any of its common stock in this offering, and consequently, will not generate any proceeds from it.
