FX.co ★ Dutch Jobless Rate Remains Stable At 3.6%

According to the Central Bureau of Statistics’ recent data released on Thursday, the unemployment rate in the Netherlands remained stable following a minor decrease the previous month.

In June, the seasonally adjusted ILO unemployment rate was 3.6 percent, unchanged from May and slightly down from 3.7 percent in April.

For comparison, the unemployment rate in June of the prior year was 3.5 percent.

The number of unemployed individuals rose to 370,000 in June, an increase from 367,000 in May.

Furthermore, the youth unemployment rate, representing the 15-25 age demographic, increased to 8.6 percent in June from 8.4 percent the previous month.
