FX.co ★ Ducommun Confirms Increased $65/share Cash Offer From Albion River

Ducommun Inc. (DCO), a manufacturer of electronic systems, announced on Thursday that it had received an unsolicited revised non-binding interest from Albion River LLC, a private investment firm, on July 15. The offer proposes acquiring Ducommun for $65 per share in cash.

Ducommun indicated that it will carefully evaluate the revised proposal to determine if it aligns with the best interests of the company and its shareholders.

Previously, the company had received an offer from Albion River LLC to purchase all shares of DCO for $60 per share in cash.
