FX.co ★ Li-Cycle Holdings Appoints Craig Cunningham As CFO

Li-Cycle Holdings Corp. (LICY), a company specializing in lithium-ion battery resource recovery, announced on Thursday the appointment of Craig Cunningham as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective July 20, 2024. Cunningham has been serving as the interim CFO since March 2024.

Cunningham brings nearly two decades of expertise in accounting, finance, operations, and capital markets, coupled with extensive executive-level leadership experience. He also has a robust background in driving financial activities for publicly traded companies within the battery materials and mining sectors. In his role as CFO, Cunningham will continue to oversee the company's finance operations, supporting Li-Cycle's strategic priorities and overall operations.

Prior to joining Li-Cycle, Cunningham held the position of CFO at Electra Battery Materials Corp. (ELBM). Before that, he served as Vice President and Regional Financial Officer at Kinross Gold Corp. (KGC).
