FX.co ★ Delivery Hero Appoints Interim CFO Marie-Anne Popp As CFO, Effective Jan. 2025

Delivery Hero SE, trading under DLVHF.OB and DHER.DE, has announced the appointment of Marie-Anne Popp as Chief Financial Officer, effective January 2025. Having served as interim CFO, Popp's appointment to the role will be confirmed by the Company's Supervisory Board, and she will also join the Management Board.

Popp stepped into the interim CFO position in late June following the resignation of Emmanuel Thomassin, who left to explore new opportunities. Prior to this, Popp was the Senior Vice President of Finance at Delivery Hero. Her extensive experience includes senior leadership roles at Adidas and General Electric.

Kristin Skogen Lund, Chair of the Supervisory Board, expressed confidence in Popp's capabilities, stating, "The Supervisory Board has full confidence in her ability to continue driving our financial strategy and delivering sustainable growth."
