Croatia Inflation Hits 21-Month High

According to preliminary data, Croatia's annual inflation rate increased slightly to 4.2% in September 2025, up from 4.1% in August. This represents the highest inflation rate since December 2023. The rise can be attributed to an increase in the costs of food, beverages, and tobacco at 5.6%, services at 6.0%, energy at 4.5%, and non-food industrial products excluding energy at 0.5%. Furthermore, consumer prices experienced a monthly growth of 0.4% in September, compared to a 0.1% rise in August.
