Lithuania Producer Prices Drop for 11th Month

In November 2025, Lithuania experienced a 0.9% year-on-year decline in producer prices, consistent with the revised downturn seen in the previous month. This marks the eleventh straight month of falling producer prices, primarily attributed to reduced costs in the manufacturing sector, which saw a deeper dip of -1.1% compared to -0.9% in October. Meanwhile, the rate of producer inflation eased in the mining and quarrying sectors, decreasing from 2.5% to 1%. Conversely, there was a price recovery in electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning, showing a marginal increase of 0.1% following a decline of -1.1%. Similarly, the sectors dealing with water supply, sewerage, waste management, and remediation activities saw a more significant price increase, rising from 2.6% to 4.1%. On a month-to-month basis, producer prices increased by 0.5% in November, after remaining unchanged in the previous period.
