FX.co ★ Kyrgyzstan Inflation Accelerates to 9.4% in December 2025

In December 2025, Kyrgyzstan experienced an uptick in its annual inflation rate, which climbed to 9.4% from 9.2% in November. Notable inflation was observed across several categories, including food and non-alcoholic beverages rising by 9.9%, alcoholic beverages and tobacco by 8.0%, non-food products by 7.8%, and service tariffs by 11.2%. All regions registered price increases. Osh recorded the most significant overall surge with an 11.6% rise, particularly in non-food items (12.0%) and services (13.5%). The Chui region exhibited the highest growth in food and non-alcoholic beverage prices at 13.1%, whereas Issyk-Kul recorded the steepest increase in the prices of alcoholic beverages and tobacco at 14.4%.
