Kyrgyzstan's GDP saw an 11.1% increase year-on-year from January to December 2025, slightly higher than the 10.2% growth observed between January and November. However, it eased compared to the 11.5% growth during the same period the previous year. This increase was predominantly fueled by the services sector, which contributes to over half of the national economy, with a growth rate of 10.9%. Significant drivers within this sector included wholesale and retail trade, alongside vehicle repair (+20.9%), transportation and storage (+11.7%), and other service activities (+4.8%). The production sectors also contributed strongly with a growth rate of 10.9%, representing 34.4% of the GDP. Key industries driving this growth were mining (+10.7%), manufacturing (+9.8%), construction (+21.1%), and agriculture (+2.2%). Additionally, net taxes on products increased by 12.1% compared to the previous year, making up 14.4% of GDP and further bolstering the overall growth.
