In January 2026, Denmark's manufacturing confidence indicator increased to 93.1 from 90.6 the previous month. In a broader context, the composite business confidence indicator, encompassing manufacturing, construction, retail, and services sectors, saw a slight decline to 102.3 from 102.4 in December. Confidence levels showed improvement in the construction sector, rising to 101.7 from 101.3, and in retail, which climbed to 107.2 from 104.2.
