Canada’s wholesale trade is projected to increase by 2.3% month over month in February 2026, based on advance estimates, following a 1.0% rise in January. If realized, this would represent the strongest monthly gain since April 2024. The anticipated growth is driven in part by higher sales in the motor vehicle and motor vehicle parts and accessories subsector.
