The figures show that inflationary pressures in Denmark have firmed between April and May, on a year-over-year basis. The “actual” May reading reflects price changes relative to May of the previous year, while the “previous” April reading compared prices to April a year earlier, indicating that consumer price growth has strengthened as the second quarter progresses.
