Argentina’s consumer confidence improved in July 2026, as the Thomson Reuters IPSOS Primary Consumer Sentiment Index (PCSI) rose to 41.77, up from 37.39 in June 2026.
The month-over-month gain signals a strengthening in sentiment compared with the previous reading, which had stood at 37.39 in June. Under the PCSI framework, the “Actual” figure reflects how the current month’s change compares to the prior month, while the “Previous” measure tracks how last month’s reading changed relative to the month before it.
The latest data, updated as of 08 July 2026, suggest an uptick in optimism among Argentine consumers heading into mid-year, marking a notable improvement in the overall index level within just one month.
