China Economy Expands 0.9% QoQ in Q2

China’s GDP expanded by 0.9% quarter-on-quarter in Q2 2026, in line with market expectations but down from 1.3% growth in Q1. This was the weakest quarterly increase since Q2 2024, despite ongoing policy support from Beijing.
