Denmark’s seasonally adjusted current account surplus rose to DKK 32.5 billion in June 2026, up from a downwardly revised DKK 25.7 billion in May, marking the largest increase in three months. The goods surplus widened to DKK 23.5 billion from DKK 22.5 billion, supported by a 0.4% increase in exports and a 0.5% decline in imports. The services surplus also expanded, reaching DKK 5.3 billion compared with DKK 3.3 billion in the previous month. At the same time, the primary income surplus increased notably to DKK 7.3 billion from DKK 3.1 billion. In contrast, the secondary income deficit deepened slightly, widening to DKK 3.6 billion from DKK 3.3 billion.
