FX.co ★ Eurozone Labor Costs Growth Weakest Since 2021

Preliminary estimates show that hourly labor costs in the Euro Area rose by 3% year-on-year in Q2 2026, following a 3.2% increase in the previous quarter. This was the slowest rate of growth since Q4 2021. Wages and salaries grew by 3.0%, easing from 3.3% in Q1, while non-wage costs increased by 3%, accelerating from 2.8%.
