FX.co ★ Atlanta Fed GDPNow Estimate for Q3 Growth Eases to 3.6%

The Atlanta Fed’s GDPNow model estimate for real GDP growth in the third quarter of 2026 edged down to 3.6% on October 8 from 3.7% on October 6. Following the latest wholesale trade report from the US Census Bureau, the estimated contribution of inventory investment to Q3 growth declined to 1.98 percentage points from 2.07 percentage points.
