Belarus’ industrial output increased by 0.5% year-on-year in the first nine months of 2026, up from 0.2% growth recorded in January–August. The expansion was primarily supported by a 7.2% rise in the supply of electricity, gas, steam, hot water and air-conditioning, while mining and quarrying output grew by 2.6%. Water supply, waste management and remediation activities also advanced, posting a 1.8% increase. In contrast, manufacturing output fell by 0.6%, offsetting gains in other segments and extending its contraction for more than a year.
