    On July 12th, two trains on a single-track line collided head-on in Southern Italy. The accident took place at 11:30 local time between two towns of Corato and Andria, close to Bari. According to initial reports, at least ten people were killed and a dozen injured. But later, La Republica newspaper reported that twenty people died in the crash.
