The ECB clearly does not intend to begin to tighten its policy and does not plan to raise the refinancing rate in the foreseeable future. Thus, the single European currency will be under pressure.
Almost immediately after the publication of the ECB minutes of the meeting, American statistics are published. In particular, the growth rates of producer prices may slow from 3.1% to 3.0%. It is also expected that the number of initial applications for the benefit of the West will be reduced from 250,000 to 245,000 but, the number of repeat can grow from 1,914,000 to 1,915,000.
