The head of the ECB made a comment on the state of the Eurozone economy, saying that he was concerned about the decline in growth in Europe. Draghi said that the ECB is ready to use all of its resources to support growth in the Eurozone, including even the possibility of a new launch of the QE program (a program to inject liquidity into the markets).
