FX.co ★ China to support investment projects in Belarus

China Construction Bank Corporation is set to open credit lines for Belarus. The loan is provided under the investment project and amounts up to 1 billion dollars, the Belarus Ministry of Finance says citing a memorandum of understanding.
The document stipulates allocation of up to 1 billion dollars in loans for a period of 15 years, including 5-year grace period. The guarantee comes from the government of Belarus.
The monies received will be granted for investment projects in Belarus and cover transport, energy, industry, small and medium-sized businesses.
