The Promsvyazbank Board organized an open house as a way to celebrate bank's eighteenth anniversary. On that day everyone could not just get acquainted with the bank's management, but apply for a professional advice too. President of the financial institution Artem Konstandian had several meetings with the clients and shared the bank plans of the future development.
The event met all the expectations, because feedback plays an important role in banking services. Besides congratulations and appreciative revues, Promsvyazbank accepted some constructive criticism. Not every market research yields such comprehensive results as the open house does. It was the great occasion for the bank to identify and resolve the problems and also to pick the right direction for the further development. Such issues as small business cooperation, bank bonus programs and cards services were also discussed at the meeting.
As a consequence of the event, the management board decided to hold open houses on a regular basis.
