Dominique Strauss-Kahn, the ex-managing director of the International Monetary Fund is going to lend a helping hand entirely free of charge. The former IMF chief has agreed to work for Serbia’s government for three months as a charity cause. Dominique was proposed to appear as an adviser to the Serbian government. “We are going to cooperate for three months on pro bono; then we will see what to do next,” the noted economist shared his prospects with journalists. Taking journalists’ questions, Serbia’s Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić highlighted that Strauss-Kahn’s image should not cause damage to the country. “There is no doubt that Dominique Strauss-Kahn is an established expert in the economics. He has been appointed for the office taking into account our needs. Enough with the sick economy, we want to heal,” the Deputy Prime Minister stated. The news about the new appointment leaked out to the mass media last week; it was also reported about the range of responsibilities of the new adviser. Mr. Strauss-Kahn is supposed to advise to the Prime Minister, the Deputy Prime Minister, and the Finance Minister of the Balkan Republic to restructure the country’s large foreign debt. However, all new assignments will be inaugurated amid one more juicy scandal. Again the former IMF chief took part in sprees at the Carlton hotel having picked up posh prostitutes. “I am not saying than my team or myself are going to provide any kind of magic stick or silver bullet that will solve problems, but I believe that we can help the [Serbian] government to make the right decision," Strauss-Kahn added. It should be reminded that recently, the notorious ex-IMF executive joined the Supervisory Board of the Russian Direct Investment Fund and the Russian Regional Development Bank.
