
The companies of China and Germany conducted agreements on June 28 in the total amount of over 15 billion dollars. It was declared by China’s Prime Minister Van Tsyabao, - AFP informs.
Among the signed agreements – there is a delivery contract to the Chinese side of 62 liners A320 produced by the European airplane construction concern Airbus. Exact amount of the contract is not sounded, but according to the German Media information, it exceeds 7 billion Euro (10 billion dollars).
There were also signed treaties between Volkswagen car producer and the Chinese FAW, between VW and Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation. Daimler concern conducted an investment agreement with Beijing Benz Automotive Company, among other implying the creation of a joint research center. On June 28 China and Germany initiated the first intergovernmental consultations from the moment of establishing diplomatic relations. Earlier on Tuesday Van Tsyabao asserted that China is ready to double the trading turnover volume for 5 years with Germany, compared to the current indicator of 140-150 billion dollars.
By the end of 2009 Germany has given away its status of the world’s largest exporter for the first time to China.
