Financial organizations of the European Union must bring to public the number of its employees whose salary exceeds one million Euro. Such requirements were proposed by the EU authorities, - the Financial Times informed.
According to the European Commission, such data must arrive from European banks to the European Banking Authority (EBA). In such a way, EU authorities are intended to tighten the monitoring over the local banking sector.
In the middle of July EBA published the stress-tests results run in the European banks targeted to bring to light the steadiness of credit organizations in case of possible crisis. It came clear that 8 of 91 banks failed the tests, and 16 more passed the examinations by a narrow squeak.
The European Union earlier announced that banks which would not handle the stress-tests and would not attract the investor’s capital further, those will get the State support.
