Satoshi Nakomoto, who is said to be the creator of the virtual currency, has officially refused from his paternity. Meanwhile, the situation with the cryptocurrency remains tense. Some days ago one of the leading Tokyo trading exchanges, Mt GOX, has halted operations, and after that filed for bankruptcy. The news triggered significant fluctuations in the virtual currency rate and created a flap among the bitcoin holders. Thus, interest to the “face behind bitcoin” has raised: the journalists, analysts, and market players have been all trying to identify the currency founder since 2009. However,there is still no consensus. Some believe Californian Dorian Satoshi Nakamoto to be the bitcoin father. On the contrary, Satochi Nakamoto is broadly believed to be a nickname for a crew of programmers. Nevertheless, Nakamoto acclaimed he has no information on this matter and he got to know about this type of currency three weeks ago when the journalists visited his son. At the same time, he confirmed that most of the facts mentioned in the publications about “genius Satoshi Nakamoto” are true facts from his life, in particularly, he really did work on the U.S. military systems. Meanwhile he claimed no responsibility for the creation of bitcoin saying he has nothing to do with that now. Despite his official claim, a journalist at popular Newsweek, Leah McGrath, who helped to track down Satoshi Nakamato, still insists the Californian resident is a party to bitcoin creation. For the time being, it is difficult to opine on the situation as there is no evidence confirming any of the legends. Officially, the identity of the cryptocurrency founder is not established. While the searches are in full swing, 64-year-old Nakamoto is experiencing the fate of “virtual genius” - several tens of journalists watch his house days and nights waiting for his sensational message.
