RADCOM Q4 Profit Tops Estimates; Revenues Up 14%

RADCOM Ltd. reported a GAAP net income of $2.6 million, equating to $0.17 per share, in the fourth quarter. This is a marked improvement from a neutral performance in the same quarter of 2022, when the net income was squarely at $0.03 million, or breakeven per share. Conversely, non-GAAP net income was projected at $3.8 million, or $0.25 per share, compared to the prior year's report of $1.3 million, or $0.09 per share. According to projections from Thomson Reuters analysts, the company was expected to report a profit per share of $0.15 for the quarter. It should be noted that such estimates usually disregard extraordinary items.

The total income for the fourth quarter was reported as $14.0 million. This was higher than the $12.3 million gathered in the fourth quarter of the preceding year – indicating a 14% year-over-year growth. Analyst consensus had previously projected an average revenue estimate of $13.55 million.
