Comfort Systems USA, Inc., also known as FIX, has announced the acquisition of J & S Mechanical Contractors, Inc., a company based in West Jordan, Utah. J & S is known for providing mechanical construction services to commercial and industrial sectors throughout the Mountain West region of the USA.

Comfort Systems projects that J & S will initially contribute annual revenues approximating between $145 million and $160 million, with earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization mounting to $12 million to $15 million.
