FX.co ★ KION Group Reports Q4 Preliminary Net Income Of EUR 83 Mln

The KION Group has announced initial results for the final quarter, coming in at 83 million euros. It's expected that these figures may not meet market forecasts.

The company attributes these results mainly to an increase in unique one-time occurrences and elevated financial costs incurred in the fourth quarter of 2023.

For the Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) segment, the adjusted earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) is projected to be around 14 million euros in the final quarter of 2023. This is also lower than what the market had predicted. The discrepancy stems from the one-time impact of completing a customer project.
