FX.co ★ Kyndryl Extends Multi-year Deal With Stellantis

Kyndryl Holdings, Inc., a provider of IT infrastructure services, revealed on Monday an extension of its multi-year contract with Dutch automobile company, Stellantis N.V. This agreement focuses on managing and maintaining some of Stellantis' essential business operations.

These operations include networking, data center assistance, and local IT services in Europe, North America, and South America. This partnership builds on the agreement between the two companies announced in February 2023.

As part of this deal, Kyndryl will work towards modernizing the IT infrastructure of Stellantis. This will provide the automaker with access to a broader range of expert technical resources, allowing it to shift around its internal skills.

This, in turn, is expected to augment Stellantis’ digital and cybersecurity capabilities. It will also help in the development of new business models and will improve customer-centric solutions for the Dutch automobile firm.
