FX.co ★ Ichor Prices Public Offering Of About 3.33 Mln Shares At $37.50/shr; Stock Down

Ichor Holdings Ltd. (ICHR) announced it has set the price for a public offering of around 3.33 million of its ordinary shares at $37.50 per share. On top of this, the firm has provided the underwriters with a 30-day option to buy up to an extra 500,000 of its ordinary shares at the public offering price, minus underwriting commissions.

Ichor Holdings Ltd. intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to pay off outstanding debts and for various corporate purposes. These purposes could include capital expenditures, potential mergers and acquisitions, growth opportunities, and other strategic transactions. The offering is projected to close on March 18, 2024.

At the close of Wednesday's regular trading, ICHRs shares stood at $37.74, down $4.94 or 11.57%. During after-hours trading, the stock's value declined further by $0.13 or 0.34%.
