FX.co ★ SAF-Holland FY23 Profit Rises; Sales Up 11.4% Organically

In fiscal 2023, SAF-Holland announced a net profit of 80.5 million euros, a step up from 61.2 million euros in the previous year. The earnings per share also saw growth of 30.4%, reaching 1.76 euros. Moreover, the company reported a 62.2% increase in their adjusted EBIT, totaling 202.1 million euros. The adjusted earnings per share also improved to 2.61 euros compared to 1.82 euros in the prior year.

The company reported a sales increase of 34.6% in 2023, totaling 2.11 billion euros. SAF-Holland attributed this growth mainly to the incorporation of Haldex AB into the consolidation scope from February 21, 2023. Excluding this, the Group's sales grew by 11.4% organically.

In a forthcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 11, 2024, the Supervisory Board and the Management Board of SAF-Holland will propose a dividend of 0.85 euros per share for fiscal year 2023.
