FX.co ★ Weave Living, KKR Tie-up To Invest In Rental Housing Assets In South Korea

Weave Living, a provider of living options in the Asia Pacific, announced a new strategic partnership with the leading investment firm KKR & Co. Inc. The partnership will focus on investing significant resources in rental housing assets across South Korea, predominantly in Seoul.

The collaboration's aim is to construct an initial portfolio of approximately 1,200 rental housing units. Even though KKR will be the majority stakeholder in this partnership, Weave Living will own a minority stake and bring added value to the venture by offering a variety of management services.

The assets acquired and managed as part of this partnership will be operated under the distinguished Weave Living brand. Furthermore, Weave Living plans to provide renters in South Korea with access to all available brand options in their portfolio.
