Montrose Environmental Group, Inc. (MEG), a company providing environmental solutions, recently announced its acquisition of Engineering & Technical Associates, Inc., a firm specializing in process safety management.

Vijay Manthripragada, the CEO of Montrose Environmental Group, expressed his belief that this acquisition will significantly complement Montrose's existing Environmental, Health, Safety & Security advisory services.

In light of its sustained strong organic performance and the impact of its recent acquisitions, MEG has raised its annual adjusted EBITDA and revenue projections. The Group now predicts a full-year EBITDA between $95 million and $100 million, up from the previously forecasted $90 million to $95 million. Additionally, they now project revenue to fall in the $690 to $740 million range, a boost from the earlier $675 to $725 million range estimate.

On average, seven analysts surveyed by Thomson Reuters anticipate the company's annual revenue to be around $695.74 million. It's worth noting that these projections typically exclude any special items.
