Visa Inc. Q2 Profit Increases, beats estimates

Visa Inc. (V) recently reported that their profit for the second quarter was up from the same period in the previous year, surpassing market expectations.

Visa reported earnings of $4.66 billion, equating to $2.29 per share. For context, this is an increase from the second quarter of last year, when earnings stood at $4.26 billion or $2.03 per share.
