FX.co ★ Evotec Appoints Christian Wojczewski As CEO

Evotec SE, a leading pharmaceutical research and development firm in Germany, has announced that Christian Wojczewski will be assuming the role of its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) beginning on July 1, 2024. Wojczewski brings with him over two decades of managerial experience, most recently serving as the CEO of Mediq and Linde Healthcare.

Mario Polywka, who has been serving as Interim CEO since January 3, 2024, is set to retire from his post at the end of June that same year. Moreover, he has expressed intentions not to pursue reelection for his underlying Supervisory Board mandate that ends by the time of the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
