Feutune Light Acquisition Corporation (FLFV) announced on Tuesday that its shareholders have approved the proposed business combination with electric vehicle manufacturer Thunder Power Holdings Limited.

The new entity will be renamed Thunder Power Holdings, Inc. and its shares are anticipated to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol AIEV upon finalizing the deal, according to a company statement.
