Bombardier (BBD_B.TO, BBD_A.TO) has announced an agreement to resolve the lawsuit titled Antara Capital Master Fund LP, Corbin ERISA Opportunity Fund Ltd. and Corbin Opportunity Fund, L.P. v. Bombardier Inc., et al. This resolution effectively concludes the litigation, mitigating the distractions, costs, and uncertainties typically involved in legal proceedings. Importantly, Bombardier emphasized that the settlement will not have a significant impact on its financial results or consolidated cash flow.

Initiated in January 2022, the lawsuit has been pending in the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court, New York County. The terms of the settlement will become effective once customary conditions are satisfied, a process expected to take a few days.
