The Acosta Group, a consortium of retail, marketing, and foodservice agencies, announced on Wednesday the expansion of its partnership with The J.M. Smucker Co. (SJM). This expanded collaboration will now encompass sales, retail merchandising, and digital commerce across North America.
As part of this enhanced partnership, Acosta will offer a comprehensive suite of sales and marketing solutions for Smucker's brands within U.S. grocery and mass retail sectors. The agreement also includes leveraging Acosta’s In-Store Services merchandising team to represent Smucker’s products effectively.
Brian Wynne, President and CEO of Acosta Group, remarked, "Our integrated sales and marketing agencies will support Smucker with everything from headquarter sales to digital commerce. This expansion showcases our capacity to provide our CPG clients with seamless access to our full range of services and solutions."
Currently, J.M. Smucker Company's stock is trading at $109.82, reflecting a 0.41 percent increase on the New York Stock Exchange.
