FX.co ★ Apple Reportedly To Launch MacBook Pro, Mac Mini, IMac With M4 Chip Later This Year

Apple Inc. (AAPL) is set to unveil its latest MacBook Pro, Mac mini, and iMac models, all powered by the new M4 chip, later this year, according to Mark Gurman of Bloomberg.

In his Power On newsletter, Gurman also mentioned that the MacBook Air, Mac Studio, and Mac Pro are scheduled for their M4 chip upgrades in 2025.

The report indicates that Apple is concentrating on enhancing device performance by leveraging the M4 processor's neural engine to deliver exceptional artificial intelligence capabilities. It also hinted that "at least one Mac model will undergo more significant changes."

Notably, since transitioning to Apple Silicon, the company has revamped the MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, and iMac models, as reported by 9to5Mac. The Mac Pro and Mac mini are the only models that have not yet received a design update.

Additionally, Gurman previously reported that Apple is developing a thinner version of the MacBook Pro.
