AerCap Holdings N.V. (AER) announced on Tuesday the pricing of its senior notes offering. This includes $1.3 billion in 4.625% Senior Notes due in 2029, and $1.1 billion in 4.950% Senior Notes set to mature in 2034.

The company plans to utilize the proceeds for general corporate purposes, which may include acquiring, investing in, financing, or refinancing aircraft assets, as well as repaying existing indebtedness.
