Southwest Airlines Co. (LUV) and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 19 have announced that the airline's Flight Simulator Technicians have approved a new contract. The agreement features higher pay rates, introduces a new Simulation Engineer classification, and includes maternity and parental leave for eligible employees. Southwest Airlines employs over 50 Flight Simulator Technicians, and all of the airline's labor contracts are now finalized.

Since October 2022, Southwest Airlines has successfully secured new contracts for each of its 12 union-represented workgroups, which collectively represent approximately 83% of the company's employees.
