FX.co ★ St. James's Place's New CFO Caroline Waddington Takes Charge

St. James's Place plc (STJ.L) announced on Monday that Caroline Waddington has received the necessary regulatory approvals and has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company, effective September 16.

Waddington succeeds Craig Gentle, who has retired from his position. Gentle will officially resign as a Director on October 11, but will stay on briefly to facilitate a smooth transition.

Prior to joining St. James's Place plc, Waddington was CFO for UBS’s UK Credit Suisse entities and also served as COO for Credit Suisse International. She also previously held the position of CFO for Credit Suisse's UK and EMEA regions.
