Church & Dwight Co., Inc. (CHD) has announced that Richard Dierker, a 15-year veteran of the company, will be promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer. He will also be elected to the Board of Directors, effective March 31, 2025.

Matthew Farrell will maintain his role as President and CEO until that date and will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board during the transition period.
