Graco Inc. (GGG) has announced an agreement to acquire Corob S.p.A. for a total consideration of 230 million euros, subject to standard adjustments. An additional contingent payment of up to 30 million euros may also be included.

The acquisition is anticipated to close in the fourth quarter of Graco's fiscal year, pending the fulfillment of customary closing conditions. In 2023, Corob reported revenues of 110 million euros.
