FX.co ★ ISSC Acquires License For Military Display Generators And Flight Control Computers From Honeywell

Innovative Solutions & Support Inc. (ISSC) has secured a licensing agreement to access various generations of military Display Generators and Flight Control Computers from Honeywell. This agreement provides ISSC with the exclusive rights to manufacture, upgrade, and service this line of products.

In addition, the deal grants ISSC exclusive intellectual property rights and includes the transfer of existing inventory needed for the ongoing production and maintenance of these items. This acquisition greatly enhances IS&S's capabilities and strengthens its position in the military aviation sector.

Once a transition period is complete, Innovative Solutions & Support will assume responsibility for the activities previously managed by Honeywell.
