Nintendo (NTDOY.PK) has unveiled its new interactive alarm clock, Alarmo, crafted to bring a touch of "Nintendo charm to your home and daily routine."
"Have you ever wished to wake up in one of Nintendo’s whimsical worlds?" the company teased in a press release. "Well, it’s time to make that dream a reality!"
Priced at $100, this motion-controlled alarm clock will become available in early 2025. Members of Nintendo Switch Online in the U.S. and Canada can pre-order Alarmo through the My Nintendo Store.
"In the morning, you'll be greeted by the immersive sounds and music from the scene of your choice. Start your day with the familiar sounds of the Mushroom Kingdom alongside Mario and friends, embark on an adventure with Link and Princess Zelda, or get inspired with the Inklings from Splatoon 3," noted the creator of Mario.
Furthermore, Alarmo features sleep pattern tracking and offers adjustable alarm sound settings between Steady and Gentle Modes. It also includes a Button Mode, akin to the traditional snooze button.
Looking ahead, Nintendo plans to provide free updates for Alarmo, introducing scenes from Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Animal Crossing: New Horizons as they become available.
