Stellantis CEO Carlos Tavares To Retire In Early 2026; Names Doug Ostermann CFO

Stellantis N.V. (STLA) has revealed that its Chief Executive Officer, Carlos Tavares, will retire upon the completion of his contract in early 2026. Furthermore, the company has announced immediate changes to its management team.

Doug Ostermann has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, replacing Natalie Knight, who will be departing from the company.

Antonio Filosa has been designated as the Chief Operating Officer for North America, in addition to maintaining his role as CEO of the Jeep brand. He takes over from Carlos Zarlenga, whose future role will be disclosed later.

Jean-Philippe Imparato steps into the position of Chief Operating Officer for Enlarged Europe, while continuing his responsibilities as CEO of Pro One. He succeeds Uwe Hochgeschurtz, who will be leaving the company.

Gregoire Olivier has been named Chief Operating Officer for China and continues to serve as the Liaison Officer to Leapmotor, where he will apply his extensive expertise and insight into the Chinese market.

Santo Ficili has assumed the role of CEO for Maserati and Alfa Romeo and joined the Top Executive Team. His significant experience in the automotive industry and commercial operations will be instrumental. A future announcement will clarify Davide Grasso's subsequent role.
