Boeing Iinks $10 Bln Supple. Credit Deal With BofA, CitiBank, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan

The Boeing Company has announced the establishment of a $10 billion supplemental credit agreement with several leading financial institutions: BofA Securities, Inc., Citibank, N.A., Goldman Sachs Lending Partners LLC, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. According to the agreement, Boeing is required to pay a funding fee of 0.50% on the principal of each disbursed advance. Additionally, the company will incur a duration fee ranging from 0.50% to 1% on the total amount of outstanding advances and any unused commitments under this agreement. This fee is scheduled to be paid between 90 and 270 days following the closing date of the arrangement.
